Ouch
You pride yourself on how well you do your job. So how do you deal when you make a silly mistake that impacts a lot of people and leaves your whole section looking like a group of people who don't really know what they're doing?

You remind yourself that you're human and that humans make mistakes. You remind yourself that it has already happened and nothing you can do now will change it - and you do your best not to do it again. Then you stop punishing yourself for it and move on.
I've made MANY mistakes at my work...
