Single guy moment... that sounds well and good, so what's the deal? Am I not seeking God enough? Or has she not hidden her self in God enough for me to find her?

I am not sure I agree with Max completely on this comment. I think I understnad where he is trying to come from but what if the perfect one isn't a Christian yet and you have that opportunity to convert her and her family. I found this to be true with my relationship. Now almost her entire family is believers. Wonderful how God works.

dont worry about it dean, this is a rubbish quote that is trying to be esoteric and lofty. there is no 'must' or 'should', you shouldn't be anything different, 'better' or 'holier'.
things happen when they happen. as john lennon sung 'life is what happens when you are busy making other plans'. make sure you dont miss out on whats happening here and now while you are wishing things were different or that you were in a different stage of your life.
