In true Australia Day style, last night we had a BBQ with nice big pieces of lamb, and with pavlova for dessert.
However the highlight of the night was watching 'the crew' try their hands at a Tim Tam Slam.

wow didn't take you long to get this all uploaded!
I can now personally recommend the timtam slam, it's good food and a good thrill :)
(For those unfamiliar with the custom we should probably add that you need to bite off diagonally opposite corners of the timtam which then allows you to suck the coffee through.)
